Who Does the Business Analysis?

According to BABOK Guide, a business analyst can be any person who does the business analysis work.

Business analysts explore, synthesize and analyze the information from diverse sources within an enterprise. Investigating and clarifying, they elicite the true stakeholder needs. And also they act a part in arranging the designed and delivered solutions with the stakeholder needs.

As activities, business analysts figure out the problems and the goals within an enterprise, analyze needs and solutions, devise strategies, drive change and make stakeholder colloboration possible.

Business architect, business systems analyst, data analyst, enterprise analyst, management consultant, process analyst, product manager, product owner, reqirements engineer and systems analyst are some common job titles for business analysts.
